About Shinrai
Shinrai, which means trust and reliability in Japanese, is a platform made for people who want to become skilled software engineers. We also help companies with making and managing their software.
Since its inception in 2018, Shinrai has been a reliable partner in training new employees of software companies in Japan, preparing them to work on projects.
Drawing from our experiences in Japan, we have embraced Japanese training methodologies, work practices, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. Our dedication to exceeding customer expectations, delighting the customer, and striving for meticulous attention to detail, guide our operations.

Presently, our training is accessible to customers in Japan, with plans to launch our services in India by 2024.

1. Training:
Residential India Training for Japanese Companies: The residential program, spanning 5 months in Bengaluru, offers comprehensive technical training and cultural immersion, delivering outstanding outcomes. On the other hand, our online hybrid training, crafted in response to the pandemic has evolved into a combination of online and teacher-led classroom training and working. To give individual attention and focus, we keep small batch sizes and use technology like a multi-screen dual monitor environment and AI-driven live translation assistance.
2. Projects (Software Development): We have developed a bespoke Learning Management System (LMS) specifically for the educational environment in Japan.

Our Team
Training team comprises of experienced Trainers, Software Engineers, Linguistic-experts and Technology consultants. We stay up to date with the latest and necessary technologies and trends brought into the training by experienced software engineers from industry to ensure that our training programs are relevant and effective. Their industry level project experience is converted into small projects, practice questions, use case scenarios to give Trainees / Engineers a real time project experience making them job ready.
