Since 2018, we have served as a trusted partner to software companies in Japan for their new employee's IT training.

Since last year, Shinrai actively recruits upcoming graduates/ graduates/ working professionals and trains them in Information technology to build lasting careers in Japan’s tech industry.

With direct experience working alongside Japanese companies and a deep understanding of their culture and expectations, we incorporate authentic Japanese training methodologies and professional practices into our curriculum.
This, combined with the decades of experience brought by our subject matter experts and visiting faculty working in the software industry, and Japanese industry ensures that students gain up-to-date industry knowledge and valuable real-world insights.

Built on the meaning of “Shinrai” — trust and reliability — we began in 2018 with a mission to impart world-class training to the new recruits of Japanese nationals working in Japanese corporations. through world-class training. Inspired by Japan’s work culture, we empower engineers with the technical skills, cultural understanding, and discipline needed to thrive in Japan’s tech industry.

At Shinrai, we are guided by global ethical values, trust, reliability, and a deep commitment to meticulous attention to detail. Our training blends real-world projects with workplace readiness, cultural integration, and professional ethics, led by experts with decades of experience. We continue our commitments to the UN SDGs.

From this year onwards, in addition to training new recruits for Japanese software companies, we have also begun training Indian professionals with bilingual (Japanese-English) skills to contribute directly to projects in Japan. I also take this opportunity to welcome interns from IIM-Bengaluru, IIM-Rohtak, and IIT Chennai, helping us with operations.
